Overview

At Glostich, your satisfaction is our highest priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, or you may receive something different from what you ordered. That’s why we’ve put in place a fair and transparent 4-day Return and Refund Policy that protects your purchase while ensuring smooth and trustworthy service.

Our return policy is designed to match the standards of leading e-commerce platforms in India like Flipkart and Amazon, but tailored with the flexibility needed for fashion and print-based apparel. If you receive a product that’s defective, the wrong size, incorrect design, or simply not what you ordered, we’re here to help — quickly and without hassle.

Return & Refund Eligibility

You may request a return or refund if the following conditions are met:

  • You initiate the return within 4 days of receiving the product.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • The tags and labels are still intact and not tampered with.

  • The product is not part of our non-returnable categories (see below).

  • Valid reasons include:

    • Size mismatch

    • Wrong product sent

    • Defective or damaged item on arrival

    • Major misprint or design issue

Return Process

We’ve kept the return process quick, simple, and customer-friendly:

  1. Raise a return request
    Email us at support@glostich.in or use the “Help” section on our website within 4 days of receiving your product. Include:

    • Order ID

    • Clear photos of the product (front, tag, packaging)

    • Reason for return

  2. Review & Approval
    Our support team will verify the request and respond within 24–48 hours with return approval instructions.

  3. Pickup or Self-Ship

    • If your pin code is serviceable, we will arrange a free reverse pickup.

    • If not, you’ll need to self-courier the product to our return center. We will reimburse shipping charges (up to ₹100) once verified.

  4. Inspection & Refund/Exchange
    Once we receive the returned product, it will go through a quality check. If approved, we’ll process your refund or send out a replacement within 5–7 business days.

Refund Details

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds are made to the original source (UPI, wallet, card, etc.).

  • COD Orders: Refunds will be made via UPI or direct bank transfer. You’ll be required to provide account or UPI details during the return request.

  • You will be notified via email/SMS once your refund is processed.

Non-Returnable & Exceptions

Certain products and conditions are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Returns initiated after the 4-day window.

  • Products that show signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer.

  • Items from “18+ designs”, personalized/custom orders, or final clearance sale.

  • Products returned without packaging, original invoice, or tags.

  • Color mismatch due to lighting or screen differences (slight shade variation not considered a defect)

Important Notes

  • In case of repeat return requests or abuse of the policy, Glostich reserves the right to reject future orders.

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Refunds may be withheld until quality checks are complete.

  • Any courier charges for self-return beyond ₹100 will not be reimbursed.
