By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from www.glostich.in, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your use of the platform and constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the customer/user) and Glostich.

1. User Agreement

By using this website, you confirm:

  • You are at least 15 years of age or accessing under the supervision of a legal guardian.

  • You are using the site for lawful purposes only.

  • You are providing accurate and current information during registration or checkout.

2. Account Responsibility

  • You are solely responsible for the security of your account and password.

  • Glostich is not liable for any unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal behavior without prior notice.

3. Product Information & Availability

All products listed are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

    • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that are placed under incorrect pricing, listing errors, or fraudulent activity.

    • Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual colors and print placement may vary slightly due to lighting and screen display differences.

4. Order Cancellation

Once placed, an order cannot be modified or cancelled by the user if it has entered processing.

      • Glostich reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of stock unavailability, suspicious transactions, or any operational limitation.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

  • We accept payments through secure methods (UPI, Cards, Netbanking, Wallets).

  • Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.

6. Return, Refund, and Replacement Policy

  • We offer a 4-day return or refund policy, subject to the following terms:

    • Returns are accepted only for:

      • Wrong product delivered

      • Manufacturing defect

      • Size mismatch due to incorrect delivery

    • You must notify us within 4 days of delivery with photo/video proof.

    • Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging with tags.

    • Refunds will be processed after quality verification. The refund may take 5–7 working days.

    • Refunds are not issued for:

      • Minor color variation

      • Delayed courier issues beyond our control

      • Custom or limited edition products (unless defective)

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.

    • Delivery may take 4–10 business days across India, and 8–15 business days internationally.

    • Shipping timelines are estimates; Glostich is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics or customs.

    • Tracking links are provided once dispatched.

8. Content Usage & Intellectual Property

  • All content including images, text, designs, graphics, logos, and slogans is intellectual property of Glostich.

  • Reproduction, copying, or commercial use of our content without permission will result in legal action.

  • User-submitted content (reviews, tags, photos) may be used by us for promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested.

9. Promo Codes & Offers

  • Promo codes are valid for limited periods and cannot be clubbed unless specified.

    • Any misuse of promo codes may lead to cancellation of the order without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Under no circumstances will Glostich be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Glostich’s maximum liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Your personal data is processed in accordance with our [Privacy Policy] and Indian IT regulations.

  • We do not sell, rent, or share your data without your consent.

12. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the site for unlawful or abusive purposes

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to server data or code

  • Upload or distribute viruses or malware

  • Impersonate other individuals or brands

13. Legal Jurisdiction

  • All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

  • These Terms are governed under the Indian Contract Act, IT Act 2000, and other applicable laws.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our control including acts of God, war, internet outages, strikes, or natural disasters.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance.

16. False Claims & Misuse of Return Policy

  • Any deliberate misuse of our return/refund system (e.g. switching products, returning used/worn apparel, or false damage claims) will result in:

    • Immediate account suspension

    • Legal action under Section 420 of IPC for fraud

    • Future orders being automatically blocked

  • We reserve the right to demand photographic/video proof before accepting any claim.

17. Order Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

    • Once an item is marked “delivered” by the courier, it is deemed delivered.

    • Claims of “non-receipt” after delivery status must be reported within 24 hours of delivery update, along with a non-delivery affidavit.

    • For security reasons, we may request:

      • Doorstep CCTV screenshots (if available)

      • Signature confirmation from courier

      • Alternate recipient proof (in case someone else received it)

18. Social Media Policy

  • Comments or messages sent to our brand via Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc. do not constitute official support queries.

  • Only emails sent to support@glostich.in will be recognized for complaint or legal redressal.

  • We may delete, hide, or restrict abusive comments or troll content from our pages without notice.

19. Bulk Orders & Gifting Terms

  • Orders containing more than 5 pieces of the same design are considered bulk orders and are non-returnable unless defective.

  • Gift orders must include correct recipient information. We are not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses or mobile numbers.

  • Custom-printed names, birthdays, or private jokes are non-cancellable and non-returnable.

20. Typographical Errors

  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Glostich reserves the right to refuse or cancel the order, even if it has been confirmed and payment processed.

  • In such cases, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

21. Platform Interference or Third-Party Access

Any attempt to:

  • Scrape our data

  • Use bots for automated orders

  • Exploit coupons through multiple fake accounts

  • Interfere with checkout/payment APIs
    …will lead to IP banning and legal action.

22. Third-Party Payment Gateway Liability

  • We use trusted third-party payment partners (Razorpay/PayU/UPI apps). Any failure or delay in these platforms is not within our liability scope.

  • In case of failed payment but debit from your account, contact the bank/UPI app first before raising a ticket with us.

23. Account Deactivation

We reserve the right to permanently suspend or delete user accounts for:

  • Repeated return abuse

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Threatening or harassing our staff or vendors

  • Use of stolen credit/debit cards

24. Gift Cards, Credit & Store Wallet

  • Glostich wallet credits or gift card codes are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • They cannot be exchanged for cash under any condition.

  • Expiry dates will not be extended under any circumstance.

25. Abuse or Harassment

  • Any customer who threatens, insults, or harasses Glostich staff (via call, email, or DM) will be blacklisted permanently.

  • All abusive language, audio recordings, or screenshots will be documented and legal action will be initiated under the IT Act & IPC 503.

26. Limitation of Commercial Use

  • Our products are meant for personal, non-commercial use only.

  • Any attempt to resell our designs without permission or copyright license will lead to a legal takedown and intellectual property violation claim.

27. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the full agreement between the customer and Glostich. No oral or written statement outside these terms shall override what is listed here unless signed and agreed upon in writing by our legal team.
